A Prayer for your Peacemaker
(Based on Psalm 17)
Heavenly Father you are above and beyond all I see, know, and hear. Thank you for listening to my prayer. You know the depths of my heart. You see the deepest parts of me and know that my words are sincere. I ask of you today Lord because I know you will hear and answer my prayer. You save by your right hand those who seek you, so I ask you now Lord to keep (your husband’s name) safe as he works to protect others. As he deals each day with the people who speak rudely and have no care for others and their possessions, I pray that you will give him protection under your wings and keep him safe from those people who only live for this world and its rewards. Thank you Lord for your many blessings. In Christ Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
